CANDIDATE’S DOCUMENTS.
- Latest passport-size photograph of the candidate.
- Original Transfer Certificate (TC)
- TC should clearly display Student’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, previous class studied, subjects studied in previous class and signatures of the In-charge and the Principal.
- TC from CBSE school should be uploaded on the previous school website and if from other board then should be countersigned.
- Birth Certificate. The Birth Certificate should include complete details, as in TC.
- Previous Class Report Card
- Print of verified and unmasked Aadhaar Card (for verification of name and date of birth only).
- Copy of SSSMID of the family including candidate’s name
- Permanent Education Number (PEN)
- APAAR ID
- Caste Certificate in the candidate’s name (if applicable)
- Original Medical Fitness Certificate of the candidate
- Passport (if available)
Copy of Class X Admit Card, Class X Marksheet for admission in class XI.
SIBLING’S DOCUMENT
- Copy of the previous session’s Report Card of the sibling studying in this school (if any). Parents’ details of the younger sibling should be same as the elder one studying in this school.
FATHER’S DOCUMENTS
- Printed copy of the verified and unmasked Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Service Letter
- Passport (if available)
- Photocopies of the Class X and Class XII marksheets, along with the certificate of their highest qualification acquired.
- Front page of the bank Passbook
