Submit the Receipt of Online Registration along with the following documents and credentials in school office
for verification on the date given to you at the time of registration. Both parents [Father & Mother] along with the child should be present during verification.
Documents to be Submitted :
- Print of Online Registration Receipt (both school & Parent Copy)
- Registration Fee Rs. 700/- (Cash Only).
- Latest Passport size photo of the candidate.
- Birth Certificate*
Birth Certificate should be with complete details i.e. name along with Surname of father, mother and the child, issued by MUNICIPAL CORPORATION / GRAM PANCHAYAT]
* Parents' names in Birth Certificate should be same as in their photo IDs, their official documents, bank accounts, policies, fund investments and their marksheets.
Birth Certificate prepared after 24th Nov. 2021 will not be accepted for admissions for the session 2022-23.
- Aadhar Card of the candidate. (for Name & DOB verification only)
- SSSMID of the candidate.
- Letter from the Nursery school studied stating name, class, DOB and Session
- Both parents' PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Classes X & XII marksheets.
- Passport of child and/or Parents' (if applicable).
- Caste Certificate (if applicable).
- Letter from Parish Priest / Pastor. [Applicable to Christian / Catholic candidates].
Note :- Failing to furnish the above mentioned documents will subject to the
cancellation of registration.
Kindly Remember :
- The age of the student should be 3½ to 4½ years on 1st July 2022. i.e. born between 1st Jan. 2018& 31st Dec. 2018.
- Submission of registration form is not
assurance / security of admission.
- The selection of the students will be purely
on the basis of draw system.
- Once the child is admitted in school, the
change in candidate's / Parents' Name and Candidate's Date of Birth, will
not be accepted under any circumstances. Therefore, kindly update the
documents as desired before filling the Registration and / or Admission
Form.
- The Archdiocesan Education Commission
reserve the right to judge the eligibility of students, as per the
information furnished in the online registration form.
- The registration ceases at any stage of
admission if dissatisfied by the management without assigning any reason.
- The originals of the desired documents
should be presented at the time of registration for verification if
required. Furnishing fake information will lead to cancellation of
registration / selection of the candidate.
- School Management reserves the right of
cessation of the admission at any stage of dissatisfaction.
- Registration forms with improper and
incomplete documents will not be accepted.
- The school does not accept donations.Be
careful of those known / unknown folks who pose to be mediators in the
admission process, do not get misled or cheated by any such person. We do
not follow any of such practices at all. Also seeking admissions through
dubious means even if discovered subsequently will result in the
cancellation of admission.
