Hindi Recitation Competition for Class I was held on 15 July 2017. Beauty is the realm of poetry. Children enjoyed the beauty of expression , thoughts , feelings , rhyme , rhythm and music of words . They got an opportunity to exhibit their talents and confidence.
On 15 July 2017, Class II children participated in Origami Competition. They thoroughly enjoyed the craft work which involved the use of vibrant and colourful papers and enriched their creative and artistic skills. The children participated in the activity with utmost enthusiasm.
Family Tree Making Activity was held on 15 July 2017 for Class III .The students enthusiastically participated in the activity spreading vibrant hues of feelings and emotions displaying their close knit family tree.
Best Out of Waste Activity was organized for Class IV on 15 July 2017. The students with their imagination, thoughts and exuberant creativity gave shape to ultimate designs. The activity witnessed marvellous creations.
To create awareness of keeping surroundings and environment clean a Poster Making Competition on ‘Swachh Bharat’ was organized for Class V on 15 July 2017. The students displayed their involvement by creating beautiful posters highlighting the importance of cleanliness in their surroundings. The catchy slogans emphasized the importance of the theme.

On the morning of 8 July 2017, deserving young talents of our school were bestowed with the responsibility of leading their school with their commitment, dedication and confidence. The Investiture Ceremony of the Primary Student Council for the academic session 2017-18 was solemnized.
With the vigorous beats of the drums the council members marched up the aisle. The programme started with a spiritual note.
Mr G P Mali, the Chief Guest of the day pinned the badges to the council members. The Principal Rev Father Varghese administered the oath to the newly elected School Cabinet.
In his address, the Chief Guest emphasized the importance of discipline and inspired the students to become good human beings.
Samriddhi Shrivastav delivered an exemplary speech highlighting the qualities of a good leader. The Head Boy, Aditya Maheshwari took the pledge to the nation and the Head Girl, Siddhi Premchandani proposed the vote of thanks.
The proud parents elevated the spirit of the students by their presence.
Best out of waste is one of the most enjoyable crafts that children can be engaged in. This activity was organized on 1st July 2017 for Class I to encourage their creativity and offer them a platform to showcase their skills. Children came up with amazing ideas using waste materials like shoe boxes, old CDs, ice-cream sticks, plastic bottles etc. The activity witnessed an enthusiastic participation of all the students.
Paper bag making activity was conducted for the students of Class II on 1st July 2017. The students participated enthusiastically and showcased their creativity in a special way .The activity brought out creative ideas and the students displayed their artistic talents. Students learnt the importance of using paper bags instead of polythene bags to save the environment.
A Math quiz was organized for Class III to enhance the creative ability of the students. The quiz aimed at infusing mental clarity and problem solving attitude in young minds. There were five rounds which was a variegated amalgamation of challenging questions. In all, the quiz cultivated the thinking and reasoning skills in the students.
A solo dance competition was organized for the students of Class IV.
The dances displayed their exuberant talents by tapping their feets on popular dance numbers . The audience applauded the performances by cheering the participants. The enthusiasm and zeal of the dancers left everyone mesmerized.
A photo frame making competition was held on 1 July 201 7 for Class V. The students participated with zeal and enthusiasm exhibiting their creative skills and imagination. Children came up with amazing ideas using a variety of materials like pistachio shells, beads, paper quilling , sea shells etc. The activity gave an opportunity to every participant to stretch their limits of innovation and creativity.
Birthdays are the days to be cherished and rejoiced. It is the most awaited day for our little sparkling Josephites as they look forward to celebrate the birthday of an extraordinary, exceptional and adoring personality—our Principal Rev Fr Varghese Shiju on 30 June 2017. The day began with excitement where the entire primary wing was effervescent and greeted him with a medley of mellifluent birthday song. The ambience was filled with smiles and wishes. The children expressed their love by presenting fruit and flower saplings to our dear father. It indeed will be etched in our memories always.
