Admission in KG-I [2026-27]

ONLINE Registration Forms for Admission in class KG-I [session 2026-27] will be available from 16th November to 30th November 2025.

Kindly note...

• The desired age for KG-I admission is a minimum 4 years and a maximum 5 years on 31st July 2026.
• The Online Registration Form must be filled carefully with accurate information and which should match the details on the documents being submitted.
• Registration forms with incomplete and incorrect documents will not be accepted
• All entries in the registration form must correspond exactly with the documents submitted.
• Submission of registration form is not a guarantee of admission.
• The selection of students will be purely based on the draw system.
• No CHANGES or CORRECTIONS in the entries will be accepted under any circumstances after submission of the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
• Birth Certificate prepared after 3rd Nov. 2025 will not be accepted for admission for the session 2026-27.
• In case the candidate’s sibling(s) is already studying in the school, there should be no discrepancies in the parents’ details or documents.
• Once the child is admitted, no change in the candidate’s name or parents’ names or candidate’s date of birth, will be accepted under any circumstances. Parents are advised to update all documents before filling the registration form.
• The school does not accept any form of donation. Be careful of those known / unknown elements who pretend to be mediators in the admission process, do not get misled or cheated by any such person / agency. We do not follow any of such practices at all. Also seeking admissions through dubious means even if discovered subsequently will result in the cancellation of the admission.

DOCUMENTS DESIRED AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION

After submission of Online Registration form parents, must print the ONLINE REGISTRATION RECEIPT (both Parent’s Copy and School’s Copy in 2 separate pages) and have to submit the Online Registration Receipt along with the following documents and credentials in school office for verification on the date and time allotted. Both parents [Father & Mother] along with the child should be present during the verification.

1. Latest passport-size photograph of the candidate.
2. Birth Certificate issued within the stipulated period as per the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969.
   • The Birth Certificate should include complete details, i.e., full names of the father, mother, and the child (no nicknames, pet names, or abbreviations).
   • The parents’ names on the Birth Certificate must match those on their photo IDs, official documents, bank records, policies, fund investments, and marksheets etc.
   • Birth Certificates prepared after 3rd November 2025 will not be accepted for admission to the session 2026–27.
   • If any details on the Birth Certificate are incorrect or incomplete, parents are advised to get them corrected before filling the admission form, if selected.
3. Copy of verified and unmasked Aadhaar Card of the candidate (for verification of name and date of birth only).
4. Copy of SSSMID of the candidate.
5. Letter from the Nursery school last attended, mentioning name, class, date of birth, and session.
6. Caste Certificate in the student’s name (if applicable).
7. Original Medical Fitness Certificate of the child.
8. Copy of the previous session’s Report Card of the sibling studying in this school (if any).
9. Verified Aadhaar Cards of both parents (for name verification).
10. PAN Cards of both parents (for name verification).
11. Office ID Cards of both parents (for name verification).
12. Class X and Class XII marksheets of both parents, along with the certificate of last qualification acquired.
13. Passport of the child and/or the parents (if available).
